About this file

This is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) document for leaf removal contract services at Rocky Mountain Region parks administered by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Intermountain Region. The QASP establishes performance standards and monitoring procedures for the base contract period plus four to six-month extension option related to solicitation number 140P1326Q0029.

The document outlines quality assurance metrics and inspection criteria for leaf removal services, including specifications for work quality, timeliness of completion, equipment condition, site cleanup standards, and contractor compliance with environmental and safety requirements. The QASP defines acceptable performance levels, documentation requirements for inspections, and corrective action procedures when service deficiencies are identified. Performance monitoring is designed to ensure the contractor maintains specified standards throughout the contract period and any exercised extension options, with surveillance activities documented and tracked against established quality benchmarks and service level agreements.
