About this file

This document is Exhibit A—Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), DD Form 1423-1, for federal contract WS19TC-26-R-0007, which covers Conventional Ammunition Demilitarization services. The CDRL specifies 23 data items that the contractor must submit to the U.S. Army's CCRI-AMM (Conventional Ammunition Requirement Integration—Ammunition Management) throughout contract performance. Key submission requirements include quality and safety plans due within 30–90 days after award, accident/incident reports with notification deadlines ranging from 3 hours to 8 business days, monthly demilitarization status reports due by the 5th of each following month, and ammunition demilitarization and disposition plans submitted in 45-day increments. Certification documents—including End Use Certification, Certificate of Demilitarization, and Destruction Certificate—must be submitted electronically with WAWF invoices. Additional data items cover environmental compliance notifications (24-hour submission), meeting agendas and minutes, integrated master schedules, hazard assessment reports, and various safety-related reports including radiological and energetic event notifications. Most submissions are electronic to designated government recipients including brandon.e.mckinnis.civ@army.mil and elizabeth.j.epperly.civ@army.mil, with distribution to DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency) and other specialized offices as applicable. The document itself serves as an administrative appendix defining contractual reporting and documentation obligations rather than detailing specific products or service scope.
