Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

Objective Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) Surveillance

Method Unsatisfactory Marginal Satisfactory Very Good Exceptional Element 1: Quality of Product or Service

Participant Training Evaluations (paper copy for in person trainings;

electronic for virtual trainings)

Do not deliver all training evaluations with the returned training materials at the end of each in-person course;

AND/OR

Receive an average score for trainer effectiveness of less than 7.0 for each training course.

Deliver all training evaluations with the returned training materials at the end of each in-person course;

AND

effectiveness of 7.0

– 7.9 for each training course.

Deliver all training evaluations with the returned training materials at the end effectiveness of 8-

8.74 for each training course.

Deliver all training evaluations with the returned training materials at the end effectiveness of 8.75

– 9.49 for each training course.

Deliver all training evaluations with the returned training materials at the end of each in-person effectiveness of 9.5 or higher for each training course.

Review and acceptance of all training evaluations.

For in-person trainings, the submission of the evaluations is inspected by the Government, in addition to calculating the average score for trainer effectiveness.

For virtual trainings, the submission of the evaluations is not applicable and the average score is calculated from the evaluations received directly by NCECR Program Manager.
