About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees in Wyoming counties including Big Horn, Fremont, Hot Springs, Park, and Washakie, effective as of March 30, 2026 (Wage Determination No. 2015-5407, Revision 28).
The wage determination specifies hourly rates for 99 occupation classifications ranging from $11.10 to $59.31 per hour across various occupational categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional services, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective service, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, $222.00 per week, or $962.00 monthly), plus vacation accrual of two weeks after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after fifteen years. Employees receive a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer employees (footnote 1), air traffic controllers and weather observers with night and Sunday pay differentials (footnote 2), and hazardous materials positions with 4 to 8 percent pay differentials. Uniform allowances are capped at $3.35 per week for maintenance costs. The determination includes a conformance process for unlisted occupations requiring SF-1444 submission to the Department of Labor for wage rate authorization.
