Offerors must provide rates for the two key personnel positions of Operations Manager and Logistics Technincian (Senior). Additional labor categories are to be proposed with their hourly FFP and hourly T&M rate on this sheet as well. Additional labor categories are to be determined by the offeror based on their own unique technical approach to the requirements. See the tab "Additional Labor Cat Reference" for historical labor categories for reference. The labor categories listed in "Additional Labor Cat Reference" do not need to be priced unless an offeror chooses to and they determine the labor cateogies to be a part of their overall approach to the requirements. The labor catogeries and rates proposed within this spreadsheet will become part of section B in the IDIQ contract award. This labor spreadsheet may be redacted of pricing information and provided to technical evaluation comittee.
