About this file

This document is an Attachment G - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) to solicit proposals for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. The RFP, identified as OregonBuys Bid Number S-44300-00008777, provides an opportunity for certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses in Oregon to participate in the performance of any subcontracts resulting from this procurement. The Proposer is required to detail its outreach efforts to these certified firms, including a list of firms it has had contractual relationships with in the past two years, and the subcontracting opportunities and approximate dollar values that may be available if awarded the contract.

The RFP seeks to establish a contract for EAP services to be provided to employees of OEBB entities participating in the program. While pricing terms and funding requirements are not specified in this document, the Proposer is required to indicate its willingness to report the identity and value of any subcontracts to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract.
