About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire template and information about a related federal contract opportunity for operations and maintenance services at the National World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. The past performance questionnaire is to be completed by references for offerors responding to Solicitation 140D0424Q0127, an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity vehicle and initial task order for preventative maintenance, emergency and non-emergency repairs issued by the Interior Business Center on behalf of the National Park Service's National Mall and Memorial Parks. The questionnaire requests details on prior contracts such as award dates, values, periods of performance, and ratings on factors including quality, timeliness, and program management. It also includes space for a narrative summary. The federal contract opportunity notice provides additional context, identifying the solicitation number, type of requirement, and agency information.
