About this file

This is a Proposers Rate Sheet for the California Department of Aging's SB1249 Consulting contract opportunity. The document establishes the rate structure that contractors must use when submitting proposals for services related to Older Americans Act Area Agency on Aging designation process mapping, risk analysis mapping, and contract development services. The rate sheet outlines compensation levels for various personnel classifications and service categories that bidders must follow in their cost proposals, ensuring standardized pricing across all submitted bids for this consulting engagement.

The rate sheet specifies maximum hourly or daily rates for different professional categories, including senior consultants, project managers, subject matter experts, and support staff. These predetermined rates serve as the ceiling for cost proposals and are designed to control project expenditures while ensuring fair compensation across the procurement process. Proposers are required to complete and submit this rate sheet with their proposals, demonstrating their understanding of the compensation framework and their commitment to delivering services within the established cost parameters for this California Department of Aging consulting contract.
