About this file

This is an attachment documenting sample projects that serve as illustrative examples for the Moving and Relocation Services IDIQ solicitation for the Eastern Colorado VA Health Care System under solicitation number 36C25926Q0520.

The attachment outlines two representative project scenarios. Large Project #1 involves the activation of a new clinic at the Englewood CBOC, requiring contractor participation in planning meetings, retrieval of items from storage, transportation via moving truck, unloading and positioning of equipment, and installation of items such as medical devices, clocks, whiteboards, and medication storage cabinets. Work is scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays, with completion dependent on timelines established during planning meetings. Required equipment includes 5-6 dollies, drills, screwdrivers, box cutters, vacuum or brooms, protective equipment, a truck, and moving blankets. Small Project #1 involves an office move within the same RMR campus, requiring pickup and transport of boxes and equipment using dollies, pallet jacks, and other methods, with optional installation of wall-mounted items. This project operates under the same work schedule and requires 1-2 dollies, drills, screwdrivers, box cutters, vacuum or brooms, protective equipment, and moving blankets. Neither project includes equipment calibration or plug-in requirements.
