About this file
This file is a Pricing Worksheet for the Brainerd Multi-Specialty Clinic IOT&A project, detailing a comprehensive pricing structure for a Veterans Affairs facility development. The document provides a detailed breakdown of labor categories, hours, and pricing across four years, including base tasks and optional periods, with line items covering project management services, interior design, space planning, concept of operations, transition planning, acquisition planning, and optional tasks such as warehousing, relocation, activation services, and staff training. The pricing worksheet is structured to capture labor rates for prime and sub-contractors across different roles, with placeholders for various professional categories including Program Manager, Senior Designer, and Senior Transition Planner, though specific rates are not populated in this example template. The worksheet includes instructions for vendors to complete the pricing details, emphasizing that travel costs should not be included in the pricing and that labor rates must be provided for all years regardless of the period of task completion.
