Senior-level positions generally require master's degrees or 10+ years of experience with advanced certifications (CFA, CFP, CPA, PMP, Professional Engineer licenses, state real estate licenses, or bar membership); mid-level positions typically require bachelor's degrees and 5 years of experience; and junior positions require associate degrees or high school diplomas with 0-5 years of experience. Specific certifications include state bar association membership for all attorney levels, Professional Engineer (P.E.) licenses for engineering positions, current state real estate licenses for real estate investment specialists, and recognized project management certifications for program and project managers. Responsibilities range from providing legal counsel and financial analysis to managing complex real estate portfolio projects, conducting insurance risk assessments, leading engineering efforts, and supporting program management deliverables.
