SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION COMMITMENT DOCUMENT
Small Business Participation Proposal (Format)
The following small business participation requirements must be met. Offerors shall address these requirements in their proposed SBPCD and must demonstrate in their proposed approach how they will meet all stated small business participation requirements for this solicitation.
a. Minimum quantitative requirement (MQR): Offerors must meet the minimum small business participation requirement of 20% of total contract dollars. Offerors with a history of demonstrated success in exceeding this 20% MQR may propose an alternate MQR equivalent to their sustained demonstrated performance for similar work/contracts. The 20% MQR, or alternate ____% MQR if an offerors’ demonstrated performance exceeds 20% for similar contracts as demonstrated in their past performance volume (see L-3.2.2.5.3), will be incorporated into any resultant contract and is applicable to the total period of performance of this contract.
b. Submit the total combined percentage of work to be performed by both Large and Small Businesses (include the percentage of work to be performed both by Prime and Subcontractors):
Example: If Prime proposes a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $1,000,000 (including all options), and Small Business(es) will provide $250,000 in services/supplies as a prime or subcontractor, then the % planned for Small Businesses is 25%; and 75% for Large Business equaling 100%.
Total Percentage planned for Large Business(es) % = $ Total Percentage planned for Small Business(es) % = $
c. Please indicate the total percentage of participation to be performed by each type of subcategory Small Business. The percentage of work performed by Small Businesses that qualify in multiple Small Business categories may be counted in each category:
| SDB | |
| % |
| WOSB | |
