About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) form document containing 28 separate data deliverable requirements (A001-A028) for the Eglin Operations and Maintenance Services II (EOMS II) contract. The CDRLs specify various recurring reports and documentation that the contractor must provide, including personnel rosters, cost/budget status reports, munitions inventory reports, equipment status reports, occupational safety plans, vehicle inventory reports, and various technical data deliverables.
The CDRLs detail specific submission frequencies (monthly, quarterly, annual, as required), formats (primarily Microsoft Word and Excel), distribution requirements, and content specifications for each deliverable. Key requirements include monthly contractor personnel assignments (A001), bi-monthly cost analysis reports (A010), accident/incident reporting (A007), cyber hygiene reporting (A016), quality assurance documentation (A022-A023), and phase-in/phase-out transition plans (A019, A025). The primary requiring office is 96 TSSQ/RNXC, with various deliverables also distributed to other Air Force offices including 96TW/FMA, AFTC/PZZA, and 96 RANSS/RNRS. Most deliverables require government review/approval within 10-30 days of submission.
