Instructions
Instructions To Offerors
Offerors shall complete Attachment L-01 Cost and Price Sheet, Tabs L1-L7 as part of proposal submission.
·The Offeror shall fill in prices for CLINs 0001 and 0013 (highlighted in Yellow) under Tab L-1.
·The Offeror shall fill in prices for CLINs X002, X003, X008, X010 and X012 (highlighted in Yellow) under Tabs L-2, L-3, L-4, L-5 and L-6. The Offeror's pricing in Tab L-2 through L-6 shall directly correspond to Section B Note A Tables B-1 through B-5. In the event of any discrepency, Section B Note A Tables B-1 through B-5 will take precedence.
Informational Purposes: The Offeror will not be required to fill in prices in Tab L-1 for CLINs X002, X003, X008, X010 and X012. The Government will randomly choose a quantity, applicable to all submitted offers, from the stepladder pricing table, for the following CLINs: X002, X003, X008, X010, and X012. The Government will then insert the randomly chosen quantity into Attachment L-01 Cost and Price Sheet tab L-1 column C for CLINs X002, X003, X008, X010, and X012. The Offeror’s proposed price within Attachment L-01 Cost and Price Sheet from Tabs L-2 through L-6 Stepladder Pricing for the random chosen quantity will be entered into column E of Tab L-1 to determine the total evaluated price for CLINs X002, X003, X008, X010, and X012.
·The Offeror shall fill in the fully loaded hourly rate for CLINs X004 and X011 (highlighed in Yellow) under Tab L-7.
Informational Purposes: For the purposes of populating Tab L-1, the file links the Composite Rates Tab L-7, Rows 12 and 32 to the appropriate cells for CLINs X004 and X011. The composite rates will be FFP-LOE. The term "fully loaded hourly rate" means the fully-burdened labor price for each hour, which includes wages, fringe, overhead and profit margin. Tab L-1 will automatically populate CLINs X004 and X011 pricing as a direct input.
·The Offeror shall not fill in costs for CLINs X005 and X006. Offerors are not permitted to include indirect rate adders in addition to the Government cost estimates.
·The Offeror shall not fill in price for CLIN 0007. DATA is Not Separately Priced and will not be evaluated.
·The Offeror shall fill in prices for CLINs X009 (highlighted in Yellow) under Tab L-1.
