About this file
This document is an attachment of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses incorporated into the Falconry Services contract for Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. The clauses cover a wide range of regulatory requirements, including contractor obligations for subcontracting, payment procedures, ethical conduct, labor standards, and compliance with various federal statutes.
Key administrative provisions include using Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) for electronic invoicing, with specific routing instructions for payment submissions. The document outlines limitations on subcontracting, particularly for small businesses, requiring contractors to perform a significant portion of work directly (50-85% depending on contract type) and flow down certain mandatory clauses to subcontractors. Notable compliance areas include whistleblower protections, prohibition on certain telecommunications equipment, antiterrorism awareness training, and requirements for handling government property and covered defense information.
