About this file

This document is an attachment to a Request for Proposals (RFP No. 26-83111500-RFP) issued by the Florida Department of Management Services for Contact Center Services. The RFP seeks vendors to establish a statewide term contract providing comprehensive contact center solutions, including automatic call distribution (ACD), interactive voice response (IVR), reporting and analytics, call recording, workforce management, and related services for state agencies. Responses must be submitted electronically through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Sourcing Event via the SAP Business Network by 10:00 AM Eastern Time on March 17, 2026, with a public proposal opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Questions from potential respondents are due by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on January 26, 2026. The Department anticipates an evaluation period from March 31 through April 14, 2026, with a Notice of Intent to Award planned for May 4, 2026. The contract will be structured with an initial three-year term and potential renewals, with the Department intending to make multiple statewide awards while reserving the right to award to one or multiple respondents by region or make no award based on the state's best interests.

Attachment I contains six mandatory forms that all respondents must complete and submit by the deadline: Form 1 (Contact Information), Form 2 (Notice of Conflict of Interest), Form 3 (Non-Collusion Statement), Form 4 (Statement of No Prior Disqualifying Involvement), Form 5 (Addendum Acknowledgement), and Form 6 (Subcontracting). All forms requiring signatures may be completed using either electronic or wet-ink signatures. The non-collusion statement requires authorized representatives to certify that pricing was determined independently and without consultation with competitors. Form 4 requires certification that respondents meet the requirements of Florida Statutes 287.057(17)(c), which prohibits entities that participated in feasibility studies or drafting of solicitations from subsequently contracting on the same subject matter. Form 6 requires detailed information about all proposed subcontractors, including their contact information, responsibilities, and current Office of Supplier Development certification status if applicable. Respondents must also indicate whether subcontractors have W-9 verification.
