About this file
This document is the Attachment I - Evaluation Criteria and Scoring of Replies for the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for Real Estate Services issued by the State of Florida Department of Management Services (DMS). The ITN seeks to establish statewide contract(s) for real estate services, including assisting and representing DMS and other eligible users in private sector leasing transactions. The Technical Reply will be evaluated across four sections - Industry Experience, Current Contracts, Approach to Scope of Work, and Project Team - with a maximum of 100 points available. Respondents will be scored on criteria such as experience, capabilities, approach, and qualifications of the project team. DMS intends to make up to three statewide awards but reserves the right to award by geographic area or region.
The evaluation will consider factors such as the scope and duration of current contracts, the Respondent's approach to meeting the ITN goals, and the qualifications and licensing of the project team. The Respondent must demonstrate the necessary certifications and licenses to comply with Chapter 475, Florida Statutes. The total final Technical Reply score will be calculated by averaging the scores of all evaluators and rounding to the nearest hundredth decimal point.
