About this file

This document is an OMWESB Outreach Plan for the Statewide Disparity Study, bid number S-DASOBO-00003117, issued by the State of Oregon. It requires proposers to describe the steps they will take to ensure certified disadvantaged businesses, including minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses, have an equal opportunity to participate in any subcontracting opportunities arising from the contract. Proposers must indicate if they are a certified firm, provide a list of certified firms and other diverse firms they have worked with in the past two years, and detail the subcontracting opportunities and approximate dollar values they foresee if awarded the contract. Proposers must also agree to report the identity and value of each subcontractor to the COBID office if awarded the contract.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for a Statewide Disparity Study, which will be awarded to a winning proposer. The jurisdictions involved are Marion County and the City of Salem. The original award was made to the wrong proposer, so this is a corrected Notice of Award to the correct winning proposer.
