About this file
This document is a Draft Bid Schedule for the Fort Peck PH1 Surge Tank Roof Replacement project, detailing five Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for a roof restoration effort. The base items include mobilization and demobilization (CLIN 0001), demolition of the existing powerhouse roof assembly (CLIN 0002), furnishing and installing a new powerhouse roof assembly (CLIN 0003), and preparing as-built corrections to contract drawings (CLIN 0004). An optional item (CLIN 0005) allows for an alternative roof assembly fastening method if required. The bid schedule specifies that prices must be entered for all base items, with total amounts submitted without individual item prices being subject to rejection. The document includes notes about pricing modifications and emphasizes that the option CLIN will not affect base bid evaluation unless exercised by the government.
