About this file

This document is a Proposer Certification Sheet for RFP No. S-19800-00014589, issued by the Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) for a Digital Accessibility Audit of Public Facing Content. The certification sheet requires potential proposers to affirm their compliance with various legal and operational requirements to be considered for the contract.
