About this file

This is a proposal form and certification attachment (Attachment C) for an RFP (S-10700-00011564) from the State of Oregon for Armored Transport Services. The RFP seeks a vendor to provide armored car services for cash deposit pickup, transport, and delivery, as well as coin and currency exchange services. Key requirements include having five years of experience in armored transport services, maintaining compliance with the Private Security Providers Act, employing DPSST-certified armed security professionals, and having or establishing a cash vault facility in Oregon within 90 days of contract execution. The proposal form outlines nine major evaluation criteria including security provider compliance, deposit pickup protocols, cash vault access, deposit drop-off procedures, coin and currency exchange capabilities, armored vehicle standards, personnel requirements, uniform and identification standards, and issue resolution processes.

The document does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, contract value, funding sources, or information about incumbents. The proposal form requires vendors to certify compliance with various Oregon state regulations including tax laws, non-discrimination policies, sexual harassment prevention policies, and wage equity requirements. Vendors must also certify they are not on federal exclusion lists and have no conflicts of interest with the State of Oregon.
