About this file

This is a Contract Deliverables Schedule attachment that outlines the timeline and milestones for a Digital Signage System contract for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 8. The schedule establishes the phased delivery requirements and acceptance criteria for all system components, installation services, and related deliverables necessary to implement the digital signage solution across designated VA facilities. The document serves as the contractual framework for tracking contractor performance against committed delivery dates and ensuring all equipment, software, integration services, and training materials are provided in accordance with the specified timeline.

The deliverables schedule establishes key performance milestones including initial system design approval, equipment procurement and delivery phases, on-site installation activities, system testing and validation, staff training completion, and final system acceptance. Each milestone includes defined completion dates and acceptance requirements that the contractor must meet to satisfy contract obligations. The schedule ensures that all digital signage hardware, software licensing, network integration, content management system configuration, and post-implementation support are delivered in a coordinated sequence that minimizes facility disruption and enables timely system operationalization at the VA facilities.
