About this file

This is a Facility Location and Display Matrix attachment that outlines the installation scope for an Enterprise Digital Signage and Interactive Communication System across the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SGVHS).

The Government anticipates installing approximately 230 digital displays across 28 facilities, including the Malcolm Randall VAMC in Gainesville (80 displays), Lake City VA Medical Center (29 displays), and numerous VA clinics, Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and Vet Centers throughout Florida and Georgia. Display sizes range from 45" to 65", with specific quantities and sizes designated for each location. The contractor must verify all field conditions following contract award, including proposed installation locations, mounting surface conditions, existing electrical availability, access requirements, ceiling and wall conditions, environmental conditions, and any site-specific coordination needs. The Government will provide facility access during coordinated installation periods and identify points of contact at each location, while the contractor is responsible for validating installation conditions, coordinating schedules, protecting Government property, removing installation debris, restoring work areas, and notifying the Contracting Officer of any unforeseen conditions that may materially affect performance. All display quantities are estimates subject to Government adjustment prior to installation, provided the total contracted quantity does not increase. Existing electrical service information is provided to the extent known but must be verified by the contractor prior to installation.
