RFP 26 PR9033: Industrial Vacuum Truck & Pressure Washing Services Price Schedule

This is a price schedule attachment for RFP 26 PR9033 issued by OUC (Orlando Utilities Commission) in Florida for industrial vacuum truck and pressure washing services. The solicitation seeks qualified suppliers to provide both industrial vacuum truck services and pressure cleaning services on an ongoing basis. The contract has a base period of five years with the potential for price adjustments after the first year. Bidders must submit pricing for multiple service categories, including standard hourly rates for 10-hour workdays (Monday through Friday), overtime/off-hour rates, holiday/weekend rates, and emergency response rates. The price schedule requires suppliers to provide hourly rates for various truck sizes and crew configurations for both industrial vacuum services and pressure cleaning services, along with trip charges to two specified locations: Stanton Energy Center and Indian River Plant. All rates must be all-inclusive and cover equipment, hoses, nozzles, pipes, and operator costs.

The pricing structure allows for field supervisor charges, additional equipment costs (including disposable hoses and miscellaneous items), and separate labor costs by personnel title across all rate categories. Suppliers may request price increases only after 60 days notice prior to annual renewal periods, limited to increases exceeding 3 percent and supported by cost documentation based on the Consumer Price Index. Payment discount options are available, ranging from 1% for payment within 20 days to 3% for payment within 10 days, or suppliers may offer alternative discount structures. The price must remain firm throughout the five-year base contract period, and all pricing increases require written contract amendment authorization.
