About this file
This document is an Attachment A - Requirements for a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Washington State Department of Corrections, Prisons Division, seeking a vendor to accurately track out-of-cell time for incarcerated individuals being managed in Restrictive Housing (RH). The RFI requires the vendor's system to have the ability to track various operational, programming, communication, housing, meal, hearing, medical, and destination tracking needs, as well as report generation and data analytics capabilities. The system must also have technical capabilities such as importing data from other systems, sending alerts, and working with digital devices. The RFI covers multiple jurisdictions within the state of Washington, including counties, cities, and census-designated places.
The RFI does not provide any details on pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or contract term. It focuses solely on outlining the technical and operational requirements the vendor's system must meet to be considered for this opportunity.
