About this file

This document is a Cost Proposal Amendment 1 (ME) for a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Information Security Services: Credit Monitoring Services issued by the State of Idaho under Solicitation Number RFP Event 25. The RFP is being lead by the State of Idaho in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The RFP is seeking proposals for credit monitoring and identity theft protection services for breach notification events of various sizes. Offerors must complete the provided cost proposal template, with pricing per notification and per affected individual for different breach event sizes. Offerors are also permitted to propose value-added services related to notification and credit monitoring, though these will not be evaluated as part of the cost proposal.

The cost proposal requires pricing to be inclusive of all expenses, fees, profit, and the NASPO ValuePoint administrative fee. Pricing provided in the Master Agreement resulting from this RFP represents not-to-exceed pricing, and participating entities may negotiate additional administrative fees. Offerors must submit the completed cost proposal as an attachment to their RFP response, and inclusion of pricing information elsewhere may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
