About this file
This document is the Offeror Questions Amendment 1 for a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Information Security Services: Credit Monitoring Services issued by the State of Idaho in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The RFP seeks to establish one or more Master Agreements for Credit Monitoring Services, a category of the existing cooperative portfolio. The amendment provides responses to three questions submitted by offerors regarding payment terms, license types for embedded software and pre-existing IP, and consent for assignment. The State has agreed to amend the Master Agreement to address the first two questions, but will not modify the requirement for consent on assignment.
The RFP does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information. It is focused solely on addressing specific questions from offerors regarding the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement.
