About this file
This is a sample mock project scope of work for ceramic tile flooring replacement at Building 280 at Tinker Air Force Base. The work involves removing approximately 500 square feet of existing ceramic tile and installing new 24" x 24" Tier I authorized ceramic tile in the lobby entrance. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation needed for demolition and installation.
Specific requirements include removing and disposing of existing tile, repairing/leveling damaged areas, removing moldings/baseboards as needed, following manufacturer recommendations for adhesives and mortar application, cutting/trimming tiles around obstacles, installing new 4" rubber cove base, and following all industry standards and TAFB requirements. Work is to be performed during normal duty hours with phasing requirements. This appears to be one of three mock projects included as part of a larger Blanket Purchase Agreement solicitation (FA8136-25-Q-0003) for flooring services at Tinker AFB.
