About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) document specifying four mandatory data items for the Agile Professional Services (APS) contract under solicitation W900KK-26-R-A023 with the Department of the Army.
The four required deliverables are: (1) A001 – Contractor's Progress and Status Report, submitted monthly beginning 30 calendar days after contract award with subsequent submissions due on the 10th of each month throughout the contract life, delivered via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) with government review/approval within 5 business days; (2) A002 – Phase-Out Transition Plan, submitted twice with the first submission due 120 calendar days after contract award and the second due 180 days prior to contract end, delivered via dashboard with 7 business day government review periods; (3) A003 – Agile Dashboard (Scientific and Technical Reports), a live dashboard due within 30 days of contract award providing unfettered government access to all data and tools with real-time availability during sprint planning meetings, submitted as needed (ASREQ); and (4) A004 – Agile Management Plan (Scientific and Technical Reports), due 60 days before the end of the ramp-up period, submitted as needed via dashboard. All deliverables require Microsoft 365 compatibility, with graphics and charts compatible with Microsoft 365 applications. Cost reporting must be traced to Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), SubLINs, program or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case levels, with each cost element referencing government-approved JIRA ticket IDs (Epics/Stories/Tasks) to substantiate monthly billing and burn rates. The Phase-Out Transition Plan must include transfer of all licenses to management tools and databases, all data entered into systems, and instructional materials for tool utilization. Distribution statements restrict A001 to U.S. government agencies only, while A002, A003, and A004 are authorized for U.S. government agencies and their contractors, effective September 1, 2026.
