Hourly wage rates range from $11.90 (assembler) to $54.87 (cable splicer), with most positions falling between $15.00 and $35.00 per hour. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week) or $222.00 weekly, plus additional benefits including two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after fifteen years of service. Employees receive a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. The determination includes special provisions for computer employees exempt under Fair Labor Standards Act provisions, air traffic controllers and weather observers receiving night pay and Sunday pay differentials, hazardous pay differentials of eight and four percent for specified ordnance and explosive work, and uniform allowance reimbursement requirements. Executive Orders 13706 and 13658 regarding paid sick leave apply to applicable contracts.
