The chart provides cleaning and conversion instructions for various cargo types being transported in the conveyances. It specifies requirements such as making sure equipment is dry, free of rust and dirt before loading. It also provides guidance on cleaning procedures when switching between compatible and incompatible cargo types to prevent contamination, including requirements to carry intermediate cargo loads to flush out residue. The document includes notes clarifying agency-specific guidance and listing additional policies on steam cleaning and dye removal.
