About this file
This is an amendment to a solicitation for JP8/JPTS fuel transportation services. The amendment updates the period of performance to a base year from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 with four optional one-year periods exercisable through 30 June 2026. It also clarifies that the quality control plan must identify critical customer areas and how the contractor will monitor, maintain, and exceed expectations in those areas, including potential tank cleaning. Factor 1 is amended to require the technical proposal to address minimum technical capabilities outlined in the performance work statement. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
