• Technical:

o The technical acceptability of proposals will be assessed based on their ability to meet the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work. To be considered, quoting parties must provide detailed information on the equipment to be installed, including specifications, as well as the tools and methodologies that will be used to execute the solution. The Government will conduct a thorough technical evaluation of the proposed equipment specifications to ensure they meet the necessary standards.

The overall approach, equipment, and materials used will be evaluated in conjunction with other factors to determine which quote offers the best value to the Government.

Quotes not meeting these requirements will not be considered for award.

• Past Performance:

o Contractor past performance information will be evaluated to determine relevance and recency. Past performance information that is not relevant to this acquisition will not be considered.

• Price:

o For award purposes quote amounts will be evaluated for reasonableness. Quotes which are excessively high or low may be considered unreasonable and may receive no further consideration. Price will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

ASSUMPTIONS, CONDITIONS & EXCEPTIONS

NOTE: Any exception to the RFQ may render a quote unacceptable.

If your company takes exception to any of the requirements of the SOW or terms/conditions of this contract, they must be clearly identified in your quote.
