About this file
This document is an Attachment 7 - Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that provides annotations related to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) for Block 9 of the CDRL. It specifies that the most restrictive distribution statement applies if multiple distribution reasons are applicable, and the wording of the distribution statements cannot be modified. The document also provides a specific distribution statement (Distribution Statement D) and export control warning language to be used on the CDRL deliverables. Additionally, it references the requirement for destruction of the deliverables in accordance with DoD Instruction 5200.48.
The related federal contract opportunity is for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Marine Common Aircrew Trainer Modernization Program (MCAT MP). This is a solicitation (Solicitation Number N6134024R0007) for a Delivery Order under the TSC IV IDIQ MAC contract, with small business prime contractors required to re-represent as part of their proposal submission. The solicitation includes the final Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated documents, such as the Performance Specification and Government Furnished Information, which will be provided to authorized representatives upon completion of the required LA-2 GFI Request Form. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by April 9, 2024.
