About this file

This document is an attachment detailing Small Business Subcontracting Goals for a federal contract opportunity. The template requires offerors to complete a table depicting proposed subcontracting goals, broken down by business size and classification categories including Small Business Concerns, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The document instructs contractors to provide goals in whole dollars and percentages of total subcontracting and order values, and mandates that if no positive goals are proposed for a category, the offeror must provide a rationale explaining the lack of subcontracting opportunities.

The attachment is associated with a U.S. Army solicitation (W56KGU-26-R-X001) for Cyber Security Technology Research Operations and Networks (CYBERTRON), which will be awarded under the GSA OASIS+ multiple award IDIQ contract. The requirement is for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) engineering and technical support services for the Army's Cyber Security Division, focusing on cybersecurity, network protection, cryptographic technologies, mission assurance, and system certification to meet DoD and NSA standards.
