About this file
This document is a Key Personnel Unrestricted section detailing six required key personnel positions for a cybersecurity contract focused on cryptographic modernization and communications security (COMSEC). The positions require extensive experience in areas such as cryptographic modernization, key management, transmission security, tactical radio systems, and secure device design. All key personnel must possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance at the time of proposal submission.
The key personnel roles include Cyber Security Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with minimum experience ranging from 8 to 30 years in specialized domains. Their expertise covers critical areas like Electronic Key Management Systems (EKMS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), tactical radio systems, cryptographic protocols, secure voice systems, and emerging technologies like Post-Quantum Cryptography. The document emphasizes deep technical knowledge in cryptographic modernization strategies, certification processes, secure system design, and comprehensive understanding of communication security technologies across various platforms.
