DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE
90th Missile Wing (AFGSC)
Fiber Upgrade – Multiple Buildings - Site Visit Agenda Francis E. Warren AFB, WY 82005
13 Mar 2024 @ 0900 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)
1. Site Visit request must be received via email at robert.williams.187@us.af.mil and trisha.lamarr@us.af.mil no later than 6 Mar 2024 at 0900 MDT.
2. All attendees will need to have a copy of their driver’s license in order to access the base for this site visit.
3. All attendees need to arrive no later than 9:00 am MDT at the F. E. Warren AFB Visitor Control Center, located outside Gate 1 on Randall Ave. We shall depart for the site visit upon completion of the visitor access forms. The Site Visit is scheduled to begin once completion of all access forms are complete.
4. All attendees will be required to utilize their own vehicles for the site visit. Valid vehicle insurance or the rental agreement will be needed for the vehicle in order to access the base.
5. No equipment will be provided by the Government for the site visit. All attendees must provide their own equipment for any site visit needs.
6. Only pictures of the proposed work area are authorized.
7. At no time shall money/funding be discussed by anyone.
8. Questions asked on site will be answered by the information contained in the
Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any questions that are not answered by the PWS shall be submitted in writing (e-mail) to robert.williams.187@us.af.mil and trisha.lamarr@us.af.mil no later than 18 Mar 2024 by 0900 MDT. The government will address the questions and post them as Q&As on SAM.gov.
