About this file
This is a Price List Instructions document and template for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for base linen and dry-cleaning services at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Offerors must submit current pricing for all required supplies and services listed on the price list, with all proposed prices being final and all-inclusive for the entire performance period. The price list will be effective for one year from the BPA award date and may be updated on an annual basis.
The price list encompasses over 100 line items across two primary service categories: bulk laundry services billed by the pound, and individual laundry and dry-cleaning items billed per piece. Laundry items include military uniforms (dress, battle dress, flight suits), bedding, tablecloths, field jackets, ponchos, and various protective gear. Dry-cleaning items cover formal uniforms (mess dress, dress uniforms), specialized clothing (flight suits, anti-G garments, arctic mittens), and civilian attire (tuxedos, evening gowns, sport coats). The contractor must attest that any service extensions exercised under FAR 52.217-8 will maintain firm-fixed fully burdened labor rates from the then-current contract period for up to six months. Offerors must complete the price list template by filling in unit prices for each line item and provide contractor signature and date certification.
