The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and related items required to perform verification and issuance of LEOSA credentials to qualified active, retired, and separated USAF personnel as detailed in the associated Performance Work Statement.

The BPA establishes a maximum contract value of $1,000,000.00, with individual purchase calls not to exceed $25,000.00 per transaction, paid via Government Purchase Card. The contractor must submit an approved price list prior to the BPA's annual anniversary date, and no calls may be placed until the Contracting Officer approves the pricing. Only personnel identified on an Authorized Caller letter signed by the Contracting Officer may place calls, each with designated dollar limitations. Delivery tickets must include the BPA number, call/purchase date, invoice number, quantity and unit price, and the name of the individual placing the call. Either party may cancel the agreement with thirty days' written notice, and the agreement shall be reviewed and revised annually to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, Executive orders, and Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements.
