About this file
This is a Past Performance evaluation attachment for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services issued by the Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service (Solicitation Number: 1232SA26Q1373). Vendors must submit two to three past performance references from projects completed within the last three years that are similar or larger in size, scope, and complexity to the current requirement. At least two references must demonstrate the vendor's experience as a prime contractor, while additional references may be from subcontractor roles. Each submission must include the project title, description of scope and responsibilities, contract/order/BPA number, contract type and period of performance, government agency, Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative contact information, project status, and a brief narrative explaining the reference's relevance to the current effort.
The Government will use past performance submissions to assess vendor capability and the probability of successful contract performance. Vendors are responsible for ensuring all point of contact information is current, as outdated information may adversely impact proposal evaluation. The Government reserves the right to obtain past performance information from sources other than those provided by the vendor. Failure to submit the required past performance documentation as outlined in this attachment will result in rejection of the quotation without further consideration.
