About this file

This document is Attachment 2 of a Performance Work Statement containing the deliverables schedule, milestones, applicable regulations, and inspection/acceptance criteria for a West Point construction or facilities project.

The contractor must submit weekly project status updates every Thursday by close of business in electronic format (MS Outlook, Excel, Photos, etc.) to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and West Point Project Manager. A Work Plan in AutoCAD format and a Quality Control Plan must be submitted within 30 days of contract award, while a Work Schedule with Milestones must be provided within 14 calendar days of contract award (though section 2.2.1 specifies 5 calendar days) for approval by the COR and West Point PM. The work schedule must include project start and finish dates and may incorporate milestones such as work start, material purchases, site preparation, cleanup, final completion, training, Government acceptance, and certifications. Applicable standards and regulations include Army Regulations (AR 25-1, AR 25-2, AR 420-1, AR 385-10, AR 200-1), Unified Facilities Criteria, NFPA Code, National Electrical Code, OSHA, ASHRAE, ASME, ISO standards, and DoD Instructions (8510.01, 8500.1e, 8500.2). The inspection and acceptance criteria require 100% compliance for both weekly status updates (via random sampling) and application/installation/build work (via 100% inspection), with favorable performance reports as incentives for meeting requirements.
