Statement of Work
FXSB 96‐2103
Repair Pavement at Building 5257
Scope: The Contractor shall repair the road and parking areas as shown on the design drawings.
All work shall be in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Anticipated work items and estimated quantities are listed on the Bid Form. Construction schedule may be impacted by weather, mission requirements, or Health Protection Condition (HPCON).
All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed (NTP).
The Contractor shall submit their proposal according to Section 102 of the specifications and the Contracting Officer requirements.
