About this file
This document is a Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRL) for Transit Operations and Maintenance Services, involving the Atlanta-Region Transit Link Authority (ATL) and Gwinnett County. The CDRL outlines a comprehensive set of safety and operational deliverables that must be submitted at specific intervals following the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with most requirements mandating submission within 90 days of NTP and annual updates thereafter or when process changes occur. The deliverables cover a wide range of safety and operational areas, including safety plans, risk management, employee safety reporting, threat assessments, assault reduction, internal safety reviews, performance measures, accident investigation, fatigue management, drug and alcohol programs, training, security management, emergency preparedness, continuity of operations (COOP), cyber security, and safety rules.
The document does not provide specific pricing details or funding sources. Instead, it focuses on establishing a structured framework for safety and operational documentation and reporting. Each deliverable is assigned a unique CDRL number, with submission timeframes that ensure ongoing review and updates to critical safety and operational processes. The requirements suggest a rigorous approach to maintaining high safety standards and operational efficiency, with monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for certain documents like safety performance key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk registries. The comprehensive nature of the CDRL indicates a thorough and proactive approach to transit operations management by the ATL and Gwinnett County.
