About this file

This document is a Project Management and Coordination specification section (Section 01 31 00.01) detailing requirements for digital project management procedures. The specification mandates the use of a web-based project management software package with comprehensive features, including project data compilation, access control, document workflow planning, communication tracking, and mobile device compatibility. Approved software platforms include Procore, Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange, or equivalent web-based project management software.

Key requirements include providing user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and consultants, delivering eight hours of software training, and creating a digital archive at project completion in a format readable by common desktop applications. The software must support functions such as RFI tracking, submittal management, change order processing, meeting minute distribution, document revision control, and construction progress photograph management. The specification emphasizes real-time communication tracking, secure document markup, and comprehensive project documentation throughout the construction process.
