About this file

This document is a printing specification for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC), specifically for the production of 2,000,000 Universal Registration Forms (Form Number BA-300 R8/20). The specifications detail precise requirements for printing, including white 28lb paper stock, 8 1/2" x 11" size, and specific perforation details. The forms must be consecutively numbered from 205059257 to 20709250, printed in PMS-655 Blue and PMS-427 Light Grey inks with heat-resistant properties, and include a 3 of 9 bar code. The delivery deadline is March 1, 2025, with a penalty of 5% deduction from the purchase price for each working day of delay.

The document outlines comprehensive packaging requirements, including shrink-wrapping 250 sheets per package with chipboard, precise labeling of cartons, and palletizing in numerical sequence. The printing must meet critical quality standards, with guaranteed ink shade and printing registration consistency. The forms will feature a transparent fluorescent invisible ink to detect tampering when viewed under a black light. Delivery is specified to the NJMVC warehouse at 1600 North Olden Avenue in Ewing, New Jersey, with deliveries accepted Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The vendor is responsible for destroying all waste and spoilage generated during manufacturing at the end of each day.
