About this file
This document includes a past performance survey for evaluation of contractors and a solicitation for construction services. The solicitation seeks proposals for renovations to the lobby of the Federal Aviation Administration Headquarters building, including new finishes, flooring, seating and wall panels. Proposals are due August 14, 2020. The work includes a base bid and two options, with an estimated price range of $1 million to $4 million to be awarded as a firm-fixed-price construction contract. The pre-proposal conference is July 28 and site visit is July 30, with attendance confirmation required by July 24 and 28 respectively. The work must be completed in accordance with specifications and drawings by a small business, as this is a 100% small business set-aside.
