About this file
This document is a comprehensive MRI Inspection Tests checklist dated 10/28/2024, detailing 22 specific verification and validation procedures for medical imaging equipment installation and functionality. The checklist covers critical aspects of MRI system acceptance, including software license verification, emergency circuit testing, patient positioning accuracy, image quality assessment, and equipment performance validation against manufacturer specifications and federal regulations.
Key inspection points include verifying delivery order line items, software and hardware installations, safety systems (emergency circuits, door interlocks), patient support systems, image quality metrics, workstation functionality, and coil performance. The document is specifically associated with VA Delivery Order requirements and appears to be part of the VA National Acquisition Center's High Tech Medical Equipment (HTME) Inspection Services procurement, which is a small business set-aside solicitation for medical equipment testing services.
