About this file
This is a Scope of Work (SOW) for Request for Quote (RFQ) 140P8326Q0066 issued by the National Park Service for the Minidoka National Historic Site to update and replace the Issei Memorial Wall exhibit panels at the Visitor Contact Station.
The project requires the contractor to design, fabricate, and deliver three double-sided polycarbonate exhibit panels measuring 62 inches by 44 inches, printed with corrected information for the memorial wall that honors over 4,400 Issei immigrants incarcerated at Minidoka during World War II. The contractor must address spelling mistakes, errors, and missing names identified over the past five years. Deliverables include the three printed panels and maintenance guidelines and procedures to ensure product longevity. The contractor is responsible for delivery of acceptable panels to the Visitor Center but will not perform installation; NPS will install the panels on the existing base made of historic WWII camp wood. The project timeline includes design submission within four weeks of contract award, followed by panel delivery within four weeks of design approval. The fabricated panels must be covered by a minimum 12-month workmanship warranty, with maintenance guidelines provided upon project completion. The contractor must confirm that the corrected information provided by NPS conforms to the quoted price upon award acceptance.

This project will update and correct these errors through the research, design, fabrication and delivery of three polycarbonate exhibit panels (62in x 44in). The new panels will be installed on the already existing base made of historic WWII camp wood. The design and fabrication of the wall shall include the printing of the corrected information. Contractor will produce a finished exhibit.
