About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) Supplement for providing grounds maintenance services at various United States Visiting Forces (USVF) locations in the United Kingdom, including RAF Croughton, RAF Caversfield, and RAF Barford St. John.

The PWS Supplement outlines additional requirements beyond the overarching IDIQ PWS, such as maintaining ballfields at RAF Croughton, including mowing, fertilizing, and replenishing dirt and topsoil. It also details special requirements for the conservation area north of Croughton Brook, where grass must be maintained at a specific height range using hand tools. Additionally, the PWS Supplement specifies the contractor will be responsible for providing their own facilities, including toilets and wash areas, at the RAF Croughton location.

This PWS Supplement is related to the pre-solicitation for the "UK Wide Grounds Maintenance Services" contract opportunity, solicitation number FA558724R0005, issued by the 48th Contracting Squadron, Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath. The contract will cover grounds maintenance services at various USVF locations throughout the UK.
