The key requirements include maintaining improved grounds through mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, debris/leaf removal, lawn conditioning, pest control, pruning, and maintaining drainage ditches and perimeter fencing. These services are to be provided in accordance with the Air Force Common Output Level Standards (AFCOLS). This PWS Supplement is to be used in conjunction with the overarching IDIQ PWS for the grounds maintenance contract.
